The Durand Area High School has participated in the FIRST Robotics Competition since 2014. We are proud to have a growing number of students each year to our Alumni Hall which we owe to our very supportive community. We have many dedicated students who return each year and we always have new younger members joining eager to learn about robotics and STEM-related skills. What students can expect at the Durand High School in robotics is a great support system of mentors willing to give their time and expertise to support students and teach valuable skills in metal working, electrical, programming, PR (public relations), awards, design, scouting. Each year, we not only build a robot, but we make a goal to make a positive difference in the community. Our team philosophy follows the FIRST Robotics Organization of Gracious Professionalism and Coopertition. Go Railroaders!
